We don't start a project by deciding which technology to use. First we look at the business's processes, its repetitive work and its opportunities for improvement.

We design the solution that is needed while keeping existing systems wherever possible. Our aim is not more software, but work that runs in a more orderly and efficient way.

BaysSystems' point of view was shaped in running organisations before it was shaped in software. Our founder Şeref Baysal's experience in education and institutional management, built up since 2013, comes from seeing first-hand how staff, operations and day-to-day processes actually run.

That experience later carried into the idea, product and system design of software projects, and continues today in building automation and AI-powered systems. So we look at any system with one question first: who does this work today, in what order, and why this way?
